It's designed for your relaxation in our air-conditioned up stairs bedroom suite or in our screened in open air down stairs kitchen with ceiling fans. It has all the necessary amenities & the comforts of home, 2 full bathrooms ( 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs ), 1 outdoor shower, room temperature brackish well water plumbing, 220 electric, refrigerator, microwave, drinking water dispenser, table top twin burner stove, plug in hot water pitcher, bedding, towels, plates, utensils, etc. We're right in front of one of the best white sand beaches & surf spots on Siargao Island. Approximate a 100 - 200 meter paddle out from in front our property with an approximately a 100 - 200 meter long wave peeling, pending local weather, season, swell direction, surf size, tide, wind conditions, etc. If you don't feel like cooking & eating at our beach house, there's a few good bars, cafes & restaurants in the area owned & operated by our Pacifico friends & neighbors, all within a couple to few minutes walking distance. From Cebu, via CebuPacificAir.com, it's approximately an 1 hour flight to Sayak Airport, which is approximately a 30 min drive by tricycle to our beach house. From Cebu via CokaliongShipping.com, which sails overnight, departing approximately 7 pm from pier 1 & arrives approximately between 5:00 - 6:00 AM in Surigao City. Then you can take one of the morning fast crafts from Surigao City to Del Carmen Port, on the west side of Siargao Island. You will arrive in Del Carmen approximately a couple hours latter, then take a tricycle to Pacifico, an approximate 30 minutes drive . Tricycle fares from both Sayak Airport or Del Carmen Port run approximately P 500 ( $ 10 ) each way. subject to change & negociations.
